The product portfolio includes an array of solutions including:  ruggedized, embedded data acquisition and control computers, high performance compute platforms, isolated or heavily protected I/O and embedded, real-time software.  All ruggedized products are designed for wide temperature operation, typically –40 to +85° C and for high shock and vibration tolerance. 

We use up to date tools to enable efficient and accurate design.  Current design tools include: Mentor DxDesigner, Solidworks, Cadence, Quartus, PADS and many others.  Current designs use BGAs in excess of 1000 pins, PCB designs exceeding 16 layers, blind, buried and micro-VIAs, integrated thermal management and controlled impedance.

¨Freescale i.MX27 quad video capture, transmission and display board for a ground mobile application

¨AMD NX1500 Conduction Cooled VMEbus board

¨PMC board with Altera EP3C120, GBit Enet, Compact FLASH, 32 Mbytes DDR2 SDRAM, Linux, etc.

¨PCIe board with Altera Arria EP1AGX50, NIOS processor, 4 CAN channels, 4 serial channels, USB device, GPIO, 32 Mbytes DDR2 SDRAM, Linux Drivers, etc.

¨Conduction cooled power system for ground mobile applications with high and low voltage protection, current surge protection, UPS switch over, multiple output power etc. 

Beyond Electronics was formed in December 2005 by a group of experienced engineers, most of whom who had worked together for in excess of ten years.  All company shares are held by the senior staff of the company.
